MOTS-c works through multiple interconnected pathways that improve how your cells produce and use energy.

NAD+ is the fuel for the energy production system that MOTS-c is optimizing. MOTS-c pushes your mitochondria to produce more energy, and NAD+ gives them more of the raw material they need to do that. They complement each other through different mechanisms. NAD+ needs to be cycled. After about 12 weeks of supplementation, it can suppress your body's natural NAMPT production (the enzyme that makes NAD+), which would make your body worse at producing NAD+ naturally. Run 8 to 12 weeks on, 4 to 8 weeks off.
Different mechanisms, complementary effects. GLP-1 agonists work by suppressing appetite and slowing gastric emptying. MOTS-c works at the cellular level by improving how your cells burn fuel. Together, the GLP-1 handles the intake side and MOTS-c handles the energy production side. No timing conflicts or interaction concerns. This combination is commonly reported as particularly effective for fat loss.
No interaction concerns but different timing requirements. GH peptides require fasting. MOTS-c also works best fasted or before exercise. You can take them at the same time on an empty stomach, or space them out based on your schedule.
No interaction concerns. Completely different mechanisms. BPC-157 and TB-500 handle tissue repair. MOTS-c handles metabolic optimization. Can be run concurrently without issues.
